Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Growth Marketing Consultation Program provided by R Interactives (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our goal is to deliver measurable value to every client. In certain cases, we offer a money-back guarantee, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund is only available if:

  • A written money-back guarantee was included in your signed agreement
  • You have actively participated in the program
  • You have followed the agreed implementation plan
  • You have attended scheduled sessions
  • You have created content as per the plan
  • You have provided requested data and access required for execution

If no written guarantee exists, the program is non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request to growth@rinteractives.com
  • Include proof of implementation and participation
  • Submit the request within the program period or within 14 days of program completion

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You did not attend scheduled calls
  • You did not implement recommended actions
  • You paused, delayed, or abandoned the program
  • You provided inaccurate or incomplete business data
  • External factors (market conditions, platform changes, seasonality) affected performance
4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the program without refund if you violate our Terms & Conditions or engage in unethical, abusive, or illegal behavior.
